Processing and Shipping

  • All orders are processed, packaged and shipped before the end of the first business day following the purchase date.
  • All orders are shipped using UPS. Available shipping options are UPS Ground, 2nd Day shipping, 3 Day shipping, and Next Day shipping.
  • Unfortunately, you can not cancel orders. For customer convenience, we begin processing and packaging orders the moment it is placed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Return Policy

  • Items purchased at ClickerDepot.com can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Unless a product has a manufacturer defect, it must be returned unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • If a product is being returned due to manufacturing defect, we will gladly exchange it for the same model.
  • If you wish to exchange your remote for a different product you will be responsible to pay for the difference in the product prices (if any) and for shipping.
  • Should a customer choose a cash refund for defective item or if a product is returned for reasons other than being defective, the refund will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. No shipping charges will be refunded.
  • If a product is defective and no replacement is available, customer will receive full refund for the entire purchase amount.
